Fresh stone ground flour from organic New York State grain. Farmer Ground Flour was conceived by millers Greg Mol and Neal Johnston and organic farmer Thor Oechsner. The began milling flour in 2009 from grains that grow in New York's Finger Lakes region. They grind their grain with sets of beautiful pink granite millstones, and their process creates astonishingly fresh and vibrant flour. To this end, they do not bleach, chemically treat or enrich any of our flours, allowing the natural nutrients, fibers, oils, and flavors to speak for themselves.
